Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions
Booking Policy
- Pricing varies depending on room category, time of year, and availability.
- To confirm your stay, a 50% advance deposit of the total stay cost is required. No reservation is confirmed until we receive this deposit.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival at the property.
- In case of a no-show, the full advance payment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Please note, cash payments are not accepted for advance deposits.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
Modification to Booking
- Should you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Any modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days before check-in will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the full advance amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Damages: Any damages to the property may be deducted from the security deposit.
- Pets: Pets are welcome in the restaurant area, but not in the rooms.
- Furniture: Indoor furniture should not be moved outside to prevent damage.
- No-Drugs Policy: We strictly enforce a no-drugs policy and prohibit illegal or objectionable activities on the premises.
- Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms will incur a fine.
- Lost Keys: Lost keys will result in locksmith charges, which will be added to the guest’s bill.
- Noise: Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:30 PM.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the stay.
- Unauthorized Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Unauthorized visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
